Meant to go out for a walk yesterday but stormy here with very strong gusts so stayed indoors

A jiggle this morning, nothing yesterday. Well a short wellie walk with Oscar and while we got fresh air and had fun in terms of exercise not a lot.

A walk yesterday, finally got to walk 3km. Foot was sore while walking but not after. And a jiggle this morning with 30 squats. The squats are getting easier so might add some more in tomorrow.
 
Good morning all!

Had quite an energetic weekend. My daughter was away for the weekend so it was just hubby and I, so we went for a nice long walk on both Saturday and Sunday. I love walking, I'm doing another power walk tomorrow night with my friend :)

I've done my tummy crunches today and managed 30, which is a great improvement on the 20 I've been doing previously. Hopefully they'll get easier over time.

5/16 30-50 mins on peddles 4 times a week
3/16 Tummy Crunches and The plank 4 times a week
1/2 Power walk for 90 minutes atleast twice a month

A jiggle this morning and beginning to feel tne squats on my legs. Then a 3km walk after work, and it wasnt even dark. Daylight really does make it easier to get out.
 
Good morning both.

I another couple of days on the peddles complete, plus a power walk last night and tummy crunches. Still heading in the right direction to get my exercise target by the end of February.

The exercise is working, I lost 4lbs this week, so pleased!!

Its exactly halfway through the month, how is everyone doing? Are you on tracj to meet your target?
 
Wow half way through the month already.
I'm on target for my peddles. I usually do a power walk every other week but with half term next week, I did one this week instead, so that's complete. I am planning on doing a few extra walks over the next couple of weeks but I don't close them as power walks. My tummy crunches and the plank need upping as I am falling behind target but I'll up them next week.
