24 1/2 Ib in 12 weeks

I am so chuffed, I know its not as big as some people are losing but is more than others, my Grandad always used to kid that I was average LOL.

I am however, really chuffed, so chuffed i couldnt help but blurt it out to a complete stranger I got chatting to tonight.

It feels so different this time, its amazing how the right mind set makes so much difference.

Well i think thats just fab and you have every right to shout it from the rooftops! Slow and steadys the way, no doubt about it. I had a big loss this week but know its not realistic. A couple of pounds a week is textbook. Many congrats x

The shocking thing too me was that that loss has equated to 12 1/2 " from my body {waist,hips,right arm and right thigh}

Will be needing new clothes soon Yipee
