yey ive made it through my 2nd day and to be honest it hasnt really bothered me having the meal replacements.Really like the strawberry and vanilla shakes but not keen on the chocolate 1 also the soups not to bad good luck everyone whos on their 1st week and heres to a fab loss at the end of it xx
