2nd week for david purslow

    Hey guys,

    Well just got back from my weekly WI. I am a little dissapointed that I only lost 1 pound however I think I know what happened.

    Lessons learned this week - dont trust home scales !!!!

    Dont eat 80% carbs

    Eat lots more fruit and veggies

    Drink more

    Use my points.

    Total loss in 2 weeks now 4 points but already planning a good loss this week.
