Total Solution 3 in 3!

    Started exante in January and lost 1st 5lb in 3 weeks then gave up! Everyone was commenting on how much weight I'd lost and I loved it but I became complacent.

    I've only put 6lbs on since then but I'm flabby and I can really see those 6lbs!
    I'm only 5ft and weigh 15st 6lb so I do look like a little roly poly dumpling;)

    I not striving to be a certain weight specifically but to get into the 11 stone bracket would be awesome. I haven't been there since I was about 18!
    I am aiming to get into a size 14 comfortably. I'm currently 18-20 and my tummy is my biggest problem area.

    Anyway, as my header says, 3 in 3! 3 stone in 3 months is totally achievable if I am determined. Also, 3 months will be July so middle of summer. I'm just thinking of all the lovely clothes I'll be able to buy that I've never been able to!

    I decided to start a diary to keep myself accountable and also when I'm feeling like I might crack then I can come on here and sound off, lol ;)

    Nearly finished...... So I'm on day 4. I've not struggled really apart from last night when I had curry for tea but was so horrid, I couldn't eat it! So instead of making another pack I had 2 boiled eggs. I'm using MFP to keep myself in check.

    Good luck mishelly! I have roughly the same to lose in the same about of time! Today is the end of my 3rd week, I haven't weighed myself yet as I am a compulsive weigher so I have decided to do it monthly! x

    Hello and welcome :)

    3 stone in 3 months is totally doable! That's what I'm going for too now, already lost just short of 3 so I'm very almost halfway through my journey!!

    I like your idea of weighing monthly but not sure I could wait that long. I weigh every Thursday and have done for years, even when I'm not dieting lol;)

    When is your month weigh in hun? :)

    Fantastic loss since Feb Denise!! I'm mega inspired!!

    That's what I love about this diet, you see results quickly which spurs you on! Are you at goal now chick? xx

    Evening ladies!

    Well had a little wobble yesterday afternoon. Making daughter marmite on toast and it smelled amazing! Decided I was going to have 2 slices, which I did. It was totally pants! It just didn't hit the spot :(

    Anyway, I didn't let it ruin my day. I didn't have anything else yesterday and back straight to plan this morning!

    Today had chocolate cherry shake for breakfast. Was first time trying and I blended with hand blender and some ice. Was lush but a bit fragrant but definitely have again!
    Had Thai chilli soup for lunch. Could have done with a bit more chilli but I was at work and my Tabasco was at home, lol ;)
    Tonight had pasta, ham and mushroom soup..... Errmmmm, jury's still out I'm afraid. I liked the consistency, a bit like pot noodle but not sure on the taste. Will persevere and try again though.

    Went swimming tonight and swam half mile. Feeling pretty good about myself right now :)

    Feeling very motivated and looking forward to weigh in Thursday. Good luck everyone xxx

    ive re-started mon this week too. i'd like to do 3 stone in 3 months, it would really make all the difference to me and make me feel so much better. look forward to seeing our progress :)

    It will be good to have you on board. We can do 3 in 3 hopefully! :)

    I've just eaten the double chocolate bar microwaved for 20 seconds! Omg, it's amazing!
    I'm not a massive chocolate fan, but fancied a change and it's so worth it! I'm sitting at my desk now stuffed..... I know, I sound like such a fibber than a measly choc bar could fill me up but it does lol ;)

    Not sure what to have for tea now.... Decisions. Lol ;)

    My weigh in is in the 20th of this month so only 5 days to go! It's my TOTM at the moment so I might wait a few days after that just so I have no water retention! x

    Well I was slightly concerned this morning as I take the Cerazette contraceptive pill and I haven't had a period for around 7 years, although I do still get totm symptoms, which is naf;) but this morning my periods have made an unwelcome return!
    I asked on the exante fb page and their advisor said it's not uncommon and something to do with oestrogen, which makes me panic less but not made me any happier! Lol ;)
    I wonder if anyone else has experienced this?

    Last night, had a bit of a wobble. No excuses, I had scrambled eggs with 2 slices of toast for tea. I did enjoy it but I know I'm going to be so angry with myself if I haven't lost anything at weigh in!

    Weigh in is tmrw morning so keeping everything crossed! Also been checking MFP and I'm still loads under my weekly calorie intake so don't think I'll have done too much damage.

    Aherm 3st8 actually lol have you tried the ex ante eggs they are nice I usually add spring onion and mushroom I think I am doing OK though,just hope I can keep it off this time

    Lol Denise! I'm sorry, 3st 8 :)

    I actually had the eggs tonight for the first time. I added salt, pepper and mixed herbs and 2 mushrooms chopped up finely. I love them! There my new fave!!!
    Everyone is talking about how good the new pancakes are and hot cross bun bars so I really want to order but have to wait till pay day:(

    Sorry Amy, only just seen this!

    Totm does seem to make a massive difference which is so unfair!!! I totally understand waiting a couple of days longer though.

    Well Good Friday and I've not been very good :(

    Been with my partner for 3 months after being on my own for 5 years, and we had our first sleepover last night, lol;) So this morning, I wanted to make an effort so made bacon and egg rolls then for lunch he took me to wagamama. I had noodle soup and a raw salad but then this evening he's gone home and I thought sod it, I might as well just finish eating for today. I've eaten a cheese and pickle wrap and 2 pkts of crisps!! I've also just had a coffee and 5 mini cookies :(

    I am not impressed with myself!! I am going to bed now and tmrw is another day so I will be on plan again. I'm not putting that bloody 8lb back on!!
