3 packs plus 150g chicken

well i seem to have gotten into a routine now
Breakfast - shake
Lunch - Bar
Dinner - Soup
Supper 150g chicken tikka pieces (202 cals 2.2g carbs)
2 - 3 litres of water and 1 green tea

does anyone think that will slow my losses down or will i get into and stay in ketosis on this, i just dont think i can do TS i feel like i need it to keep me going.

Hey Saffrons, I think this looks all right especially since some Exante options allow you to eat some conventional food.
Since you're sticking to protein, you won't get out of ketosis either.
What I'm not sure of is the "tikka" bit though. Hopefully someone will shed more light for you on this.

Hi Saffrons, I don't think I could go without any conventional food either so I've been having an evening meal for the last 2 weeks. I've lost 9lbs in total (although that included a couple of glasses of wine at the weekend!). I think your weightloss will be a bit slower than if you were doing TS but I've found it's still much easier & quicker losing this way than I have in the past so still worth it.

Don't really know much about ketosis though so maybe I'm doing it all wrong!
