Hey butterfly, im glad iv gotten through day 1..gna take it 1 day at a time its the easiest way wen i look too ahead seems unreachable and i feel like im never gonna get there..

How much hav u lost so far hun? And abt the wobbly feeling.. Do sum light toning while ur losing the weight coz its help u from having sagging and u luk luk great as ur losing it.. Mayb do sum yoga or some lights weights at hme.. Sit ups, crunchzzz.. Jus little things dont need to do a full blown workout lol xx
