30 day Exercise Challenge

I didn't want to limit the challenge just to the 30 day shred sooo...

Lets set ourselves a 30 day challenge to just do some form of exercise of our choice every day for 30 days. I will be choosing Jillian Michaels and the Pump It Up DVDs.

Add your name to the list along with weight loss goal and inch loss goal then update once a week :)

just completed day one of level one. My fitness level has sky rocketed since starting exante, I could barely do 10 mins before, just did the whole of level one with no stops and feel like I could go again!

YESSSSSSS!!!!
