30 Day Shred... Tesco... £5

Well the title really says it all. I know someone recently posted asking if you can get the 30DS from a shop anywhere. I saw it for £5 in a Tesco Express in London yesterday, so I'm guessing other Tescos will probably have it as well, thought I'd let you all know.

It's a workout DVD with 3 different levels, you do each level for 10 days and it's meant to help you shred the lbs and inches. It's very good, hard but good.

I'm 5 days into ripped in 30, I already feel a bit thinner around my waist haha, that's probably in my head though!
