30 Day Shred :)

Well done PuppetWitch, I'm on day 5 :) I took before pictures, have you guys?

Yes! Hoping I can see a real difference by the end. I'd never post them though. Eek!

I had a rest day today due to family visiting. My shoulder was quite painful as well but geeks better now. Level 2 tomorrow. Good luck with yours! Keep me updated x
 
I can honestly say I never thought that this day would come when I would be able to utter/type these words.... I HAVE COMPLETED THE 30 DAY SHRED!!!

At this moment in time I am feeling on top of the world and funnily enough, quite emotional. To actually be able to say I have completed something of this nature is an absolute first for me and I am so so proud of myself!

For anyone considering starting the shred or who is making their way through it, my advice is to keep going! The feeling after the final ever hamstring stretch is unreal - big big smiles right now.

Am I too late to join?I have just completed D1 L1 and there were a few moments of near death due to being so out of breath and the last few of some of the lunges with biceps curls were almost not completed as my legs were shaking so much! But I just about managed to get through it without stopping- so I guess that in itself is an achievement! Roll on day 2! (If I can get up- may have to roll out of bed!)
 
I tried 30DS a little while ago but it KILLED my knees and had to stop half way through which I really didn't want to do as I really enjoyed it. Could start to feel a difference in my fitness after only 3/4 days. Have to stick to the gym and running now

Yay! So glad someone else is going it. Today is my level 2 day 4 and I'm really looking forward to it- I just need to get my run done first but it is chucking it down!
 
Can definitely feel the effects of DAY 1 (I haven't done exercise for about 4 years&amp; and that was a half hearted attempt at a 5k!) generalised muscle aches- a bit sore turning in bed! But my chest is painful- those push ups must really be doing something- have actually taken some ibuprofen!
Really want to crack on with day 2, but OH around till after lunch today and can't face doing it while he's here!

Ok- the OH slept in so D2 L1 done- cardio was easier, strength was equally as hard and I can feel the pain straight after today's session- yesterday it took until this morning to feel the effects!
No pain, no gain right? Have a great day everyone!

I missed yesterday, don't even know why :( but I shall take it as a rest day although I don't think I needed it. Day 9 of Level 1 today... side lunges are my worst

Never thought I'd see the day where I would say this, but I love doing the Cardio moves! :eek:
 
Well done guys! Side lunges kill me too! Can't do shred till this evening today- and kinda wish i could do it now as not sure my motivation will be as good in the evening! I have to say I'm less sore waking up this morning, than I was yesterday morning! And the soreness I had all day yesterday arms a lot better too!
I WILL get L1 D3 done this evening!!

PuppetWitch, 1.5 inches is fabulous!! I will not measure until 15 days too! Actually- just remembered I need to take some photo's- will do that before bed tonight!
I have just done L1 D3.... It was more bearable today but the side lunges are killers-still doing modified lunges and butt kicks though! Strangely abs didn't kill me quite as much today though!
27 days seems AGES away though!!
