***30 Day Squat Challenge - has anyone tried it!? I'm starting today.....!

I've heard the 30 day squat challenge works really well, even though it's only 30 days! Has anyone tried it? Would love to know if you saw any improvements. I'm starting my first set of squats today. :) Wish me luck!

Hi! I've done it and I've restarted it all over again because it was that good!! I love over an inch on both the top and bottoms of my legs and everything is much tighter and lifted! Would recommend it to anyone!! Good luck!! :D

Oooh I may have to try this. My thighs are my worst part and I'm worried about them getting wobbly skin. Ill update...
