I'm thinking of adding some weights for my arms too, I desperately need to get rid of these bingo wings

Haha be careful what you wish for they get evil lol no to be honest I feel weird not doing mine today on a rest day! Weights are a good idea, I do the 30 day shred as well and that adds weights in with squats and I'm sure I can see a difference in my arms! Xx

If u make sure ur feet are facing outwards it will work ur inner thighs too. A great exercise for bingo wings is hold the weights in eaach hand ans then move ur arms like a butterfly or a bird. Just make sure u keep them 90degrees and dont let them drop to the side. More u do the more ull feel it burn!!

Definately makes the difference facing your feet out!
