hated every squat and struggled to do them. But that might he due to my hangover. Hated them even more when i fillapsed on the bed after then realised it was a 130 squats not 120 today gawd i hated them last ten even more than the 120.

Roll on tomorrow when i can do them hangover free

At least you got them done, must have been hard hungover! I need to do my 150 today and got to say I'm not looking forward... :/ x

I have my thighs are so much tighter and I can see slight definition... my bum is just flat as and always will be... but its slighy more toned :) x

Did you take measurements at the beginning, I'm thinking of doing mine to see what the difference is (I am only 6 days in)

I'm day 14 in and I think I can start to see a difference from a couple of days ago, not sure about my backside though it's still big lol I am wishing I'd taken measurements at the beginning, but I have got some rough measurements as my weight hasn't changed much since I took them.

Day 14 DONE.. not done my stomach crunches for 2 days though as I'd eaten before doing the squats.. back to them tomorrow

Definately easier doing it without a hangover
