Thanks! On day 1 I couldn't imagine getting this far it's def good that they go up gradually! I have noticed a difference in my bum in that it feels bigger!!!? (Not sure if that's a good thing or not really) must be the muscle, But also more toned which makes it look much better. The first change I noticed is that my thighs were more toned and also my calfs.

wow they killed me today especially the last set (did 55 reps in 4 sets between 10-20second break in between)

I can notice a difference. Boyf says it looks a lot firmer :) it's def lifted. My legs also look more toned especially my inner thighs
