Thanks hun hugs still got a mega size family pack at the moment though haha Have you restarted the challenge missy...? you were doing fab and my inspiration so hope you do, maybe just start from 150 again and build up

Not looking forward to todays squats 220!!! oh hell, doing them in sets of 40 with a small rest between seems to be working so I'll allow plenty of time to do them, it's only 30 more than yesterday right ;)
 
well ive decided once this is over... im going to the squats and abs challenge together trying to find an arm one but havent found a good one... if anyone knows of one let me know :) x

I'm looking for a challenge for next month too... not an arm one though as I'm still having trouble with my right shoulder grrr. I wanted to do the 30day shred but I'm out on that one at the moment with my arm... For me I need something like this one where we can keep each other going...
