Day 9 - 100 squats - Done 29/4.....owwww!!!
Day 10 - 105 squats - Done 30/4
Day 11 - 110 squats- Done 1/5
Day 12 - Rest Day
Day 13 -130 squats
Day 14 - 135 squats
Day 15 - 140 squats
Day 16 - Rest Day
Day 17 - 150 squats
Day 18 - 155 squats
Day 19 - 160 squats
Day 20 - Rest Day
Day 21 - 180 squats
Day 22 - 185 squats
Day 23 - 190 squats

Ok do I watched how to do squats on you tube, followed this girl and her legs were much wider than mine, I felt the burn after about 30 so I knew this time I'm definitely doing it right, so much so I felt all wobbly legged after my 110!!!!
 
Right it official ive started the trio of challenges!!!! Lol push ups were rediculous!!!!!

Day 1: 50 squats, 45 push ups and 20 crunches - DONE

Have you got a link for the abs challenge hun, the one I found has loads of different exercises but you only do it 3 days a week so I wnat something inbetween too x

Gosh I actually missed not having any squats to do yesterday :D

Going to keep up with them by doing a set amount every other day I think

Hah well I can definately do a squat now lol

Well things don't feel quite so flabby especially when I try t wobble my thighs haha, I did notice the thighs on a pair of jeans felt a little tighter than normal.... I wish I'd taken before and after measurements, hoping I've got some written down in a diary or somewhere I can compare to when I find them.... I loved having the challenge to do tbh first time I've done anything like that and completed it
 
Just did 200 squats as feel I should keep squatting - they still hurt :(

I'm going to start afresh today - I had a weekend away and fell out of the rythym, so me and a friend are starting anew! :D

Hey all. I'm going to do squats and crunches. There is no way on this earth that I can do 45 push ups.

I thought this but I do them in sets of ten, then five at the end... I also do them on my knees so not as hard as a full.push up :) x
