I tried to do my squats and I felt a pain in my left thigh, it hurt when I went into the squat and so only managed 39 before it hurt too much! I will rest tomorrow and try again tues, please please be better!

I'm a lurker. Did 160 today. I had this in my right leg. Think I've pulled something in my hip or groin area. Taking some paracetamol and ibuprofen.
