Day 2 - 55 squats - Done
 
you ladies must have some firm Donkey booty doing those squats. Please post up and tell if you measured prior to starting. It sounds sooo painfull.

Lol its not that bad to be honest. It's much easier if you're already active but I just forget to do them. Donkey booty here I come :D
 
Did it give visable results to any of you thou. I did the 30 day shred but i never get to the end. I get to about 17 and life kicks it out lol. The results are seeable as you go. If this does butt and Thighs im desperate for that arez to be under construction. :)
 
I must admit I do forget to do them so has taken me longer than 30 days. My legs & bottom feel firmer but I've got such a lot of wobbly bits that its difficult to tell!! Doing last set tonight!!!

I may give it a miss bit scared of toning to much under my fat and then when i stop i seem to be bigger again. Will stick with the bike untill i lose the hanging on 7lb gone then will have a go.
