The last two days I have done my squats in the toilets at work lol! I'm on day 12 today, which is a rest day :)

Did you get good results from your last squat challenge?

Yes I did - I certainly firmed up & my weight losses were great - just think it's another thing to focus on to keep you on straight and narrow! I also ran - followed a 6 week plan to run 5k which in fact took me about a year - but I tried to go out at least once a week x

Doh, yesterday should have been day 14 for me (135 squats) but I forgot again!! Will have to do them tonight instead. Fallen behind a little but I'm not giving up x

I personally tend to do mine all in one go, just to get them done and out of the way! I might do about 20-30 and have a minute or so rest, and then carry on :)

Enjoy your rest day Stevie! Mine was spent in a body conditioning class where I ended up doing 150+ squats! GULP!
 
Oh man!! Forgot again today. Well I did about 70 - have been doing then wherever I can fit them in, 20 here, 20 there.

Think I'll just carry on doing as many as I can fit in for the rest of March and then start the challenge from scratch on 1st April, and hopefully complete it this time!!
 
What do squats help? Would they help tone up bum and legs? And just general help with weight loss? I have quite 'chunky' :( legs and unsure what I could do to try and get them looking better! Even at my lightest (9st 7) I have always had fat legs :(
