30 Day Squat Challenge

Hi peeks..... I am on day 8....

I am having to re-arrange the rest days a bit but I'm sure that won't make any difference.....

Then I spotted this thread....
 
Is there a particular way you have to do the squats? I remember last time I did it I posted how I was doing it on a different forum and was told I wasn't doing it properly x

I would suggest you keep your feet as wide apart as you need to feel balanced..... google mixed squat challenge and go on to images you will see different kinds of squats..... the important thing is to make sure your bottom goes back, not your knees forward.... don't let your knees go past your toes..... sit down into it..... I've got a head start.... my bum naturally sticks out ;)

You're very welcome..... I've just done 80 while I was at the gym..... but next it jumps up to 100 :eek:

Hi guys id like to join in on this challenge just wondering if anyone finds squats to be stressful on knees? I did a few weeks of karate lessons and the instructor NEVER cooled us down and as a result my left knee is very sore x
 
Needless to say i dont do karate anymore x
