Hey guys on SS+ hope all is well with your diet. I have been doing well loss 22lbs so far in 4 weeks, well on my counsellor scales 20, but i prefer to use mine as i do it at the same time of day each week. Happy with loss eitherway, am almost at my gold weight of 11stone before holiday-might be tight. This week am on SS only as i had a 3 course meal for my birthday today and will probably be out of ketosis tom, but am back on tract then so will do whatever it takes. wish me luck this week will be tough.:(

I am doing ss+ and have lost 5lbs this week, officially my 1st week without cheats (havent updated my ticker)

You've done fab on your losses. . . . I have been following your post/losses as I too am ss-ing and having a 200 cal meal and also going to the gym. . . . . .

I really am hoping to loose 4lbs each week before my holiday.

Hi BlueFlower, well done on your losses so far you have done really well!
Assuming your ticker is correct and your BMI is now under 25 you should really be following the 810 plan as no one with a BMI of 25 or under should be following a VLCD according to the NICE guidelines, this is something that Cambridge abide by.
You will still lose weight on the 810 plan but it decreases the risk of muscle loss once you are in the Healthy BMI range.
Have a chat to your CDC and hopefully that will put you on the right track.
