So I've been trying to get back on track 100% this week and seem to have failed again and being unwell hasn't helped.
I've decided I'd like to set myself a 40 challenge in the run up to christmas. There are 42 sleeps until Christmas according to all these countdown clocks so 40 days would bring me pretty close to the big day to then decide what Im going to do food wise over Christmas.
Im not going to worry too much about exercise but I do aim to be;
-100% on plan
- Drink 2-4 ltrs of water a day.
im looking forward to seeing how much I can lose in that time if I'm 100% back on track.
