40 Week Weight Watcher Challenge (basically 2nd week of January 3 1/2 Stone down)

I am only 5 foot but 13 stone so i want to get 3 1/2 stone down.
A pound a week should be ok until 2nd week of January 2010? anything above a pound a week will obviously be a bonus. Any suggestions would be great thanks :) xxxx

1lb a week is very obtainable. I'm doing something similar, but my aim is 1.5 a week. Although my average at the moment is 1lb, but should be higher after this weeks WI :)

a very good, fingers crossed now that min i loss a week is one pound. Are you exercising at all?

I'm 5'3 and want to lose 2-3 stone - I'm aiming for a pound a week too - although last two weeks I've lost more :) :)

If you've struggled with not losing on WW before then post your diaries up here - we'll take a look and make sure you're on track :)

ah that would be great thanks, i lost 2 stone with them before but that was years ago but since that ive failed so this time im going to do it :) . Fair play on your weight lost in the 2 wks hope im the same

AND i just had my last 3 in 1 until i get half stone down for a threat, tomorrow is the start of my 40 Week Challenge :) Ill keep my diary here 2

1st day back at weight watchers today. I normally wouldnt be starving but today im SO hungrey. Here is what i had

Breakfast: Porridge (which bloody works out at 4 points, did i see someone before saying their porridge was 1 1/2 points?) The one I used was Flavins Microwave one.
Small Latte Skinny - 1 point

Lunch: Four small slices bread 4 points
Spread 1 point
Nutri Grain 2 1/2 points

3pm was STARVING so had another nutri grain 2 1/2 points

Leaves me with 5 points, i will be having weight watchers dinner and sugar free jelly

Just shows how much i was eating for past few months that im starving. I never felt hungry before on weight watchers

update: Had weight watchers shephards pie, tomatoes and beetroot 5 points

20 1/2 points :) wohoo

Well done on your first day.

I have Oatso simple for brekkie - the original is 1.5 points, and the others are 2 points - then add the milk points (.5 for skimmed) It's yummy and v filling!

Hope the hunger goes soon - I'm sure it will!

i swear by oatsosimple-makes a good snack too, sometimes have it in the evening-seems to help me sleep too
Yeah, I love it too - my favs are the Golden syrup and the sultana/apple/cranberry :) AND if you're really low on points, you can make it with water instead of milk (although I prefer it with milk!)
