I went off plan last night :( been visiting a family friend in hospital so was late home and ended up with a takeaway :(

Oh no :( Iv got 2 nights away booked in a few weeks and stressing what I'm gonna eat!!
Hopefully if you good till Wednesday Snd eat loads of speed foods you will be ok :):)
