Well been to hell and back in 5 weeks ( started sw 9 weeks ago did really well first 4 weeks lost 1 st 3.5 lb then been of plan as been in hell but only gained 1 lb) so to get me back on track thought I'd do food diary will fill in each day with my planed meal and and any difference later. I weigh in on a Wednesday and my group is very supportive but thought this would help in-between group
