5 weeks of hell now diary to get back on track

    Well been to hell and back in 5 weeks ( started sw 9 weeks ago did really well first 4 weeks lost 1 st 3.5 lb then been of plan as been in hell but only gained 1 lb) so to get me back on track thought I'd do food diary will fill in each day with my planed meal and and any difference later. I weigh in on a Wednesday and my group is very supportive but thought this would help in-between group

    So today's planed meals
    Breakfast - muller and banana
    Lunch - chick salad sandwich on brown bread ( op b) strawberry's and melon
    Tea- chicken done with onion cherry toms and garlic with broccoli, cauliflower and baby rosemary new pots
    Syns - ovalint (4.5syn) made with milk. ( op a)
    Malted milk biscuits (6syn)

    Breakfast - brown roll ( op. B) banana
    Lunch - fruit salad ( weigh in day )
    Tea - home made sw chips and herb topped cod (2 syn) with peas
    Muller and strawberry
    Ovalint (4.5 syn) made with milk ( op A)

    Breakfast - banana ( in hurry didn't have time for anything else )
    Lunch - salmon cucumber sandwich on brown bread ( op b) mullerlight
    Tea- chicken with garlic and herbs with baby roast ( fry light) and cabbage cauliflower and tenderstems
    Hartlys 10 cal jelly ( 1/2 syn )
    Ovaltine (4.5 syn ) made with milk ( op a )

    Breakfast - banana strawberry and melon
    Lunch - beans on brown toasts ( op b)
    Muller yog
    Tea - chicken sw chips and salad
    Pineapple and cherrys
    Harltey jelly 1/2 syn
    Ovalitne 4.5 syn made with milk ( op a)
    Malted milk 6syn

    Scrub tea from last night had row with hubby so ended up with toast and ovalitne at 10 pm
