    Lost another 4lbs..its getting quite consistent now! I love ss+..it rocks my socks!

    Thats 2st 4lbs gone in five weeks..and people are finally beginning to notice.

    franbella..the kebab was eaten about three hours AFTER that weigh-in..i just had the chicken from it with salad (cabbage and letuce)..no pitta.so im hoping the damage wont be tooo much! :sigh:
