Silver Rainbow - Ive gone through years and years of CBT for various different things and I have to say it was wasted on me

Minxie - you can do it chick! it's taken me 15 weeks to get this far, and hopefully only another 5 weeks to go! we will see!!

Not quite! 58lbs-so 2lbs away still. Hopefully should do that by next week-but totm may spoil that if it ever decides to arrive! I lost 3lb this week-as usual that 1/4lb crept back on from yesterday. I think I won't weigh myself on a Sunday morning now so that I won't know if that happens! Have no idea why-I don't do anything differently-it arrives for WI day just to spite me!
