6days in & a result :)

Hi everyone.
Im feeling very good about myself today i cant help but step on the scales so today i thought id measure my waist aswell. In 6days iv lost 6.2lbs and 3inches off my waist Im so happy & seeing a result already really keeps me going.

How is everyone elses weight loss going now all the festive season is over??
