For me to keep track of what I eat and how much exercise for my wedding in September.
GREEN DAY
Breakfast - 28g Shredded Wheat with milk
Lunch - Homemade Veggie soup
Dinner - Potato's, broccoli, carrots and white fish with Cheese sauce followed by Homemade rice pudding (Long grain rice, milk, sweetner,cinnamon)
Snacks - 3 carrots, small orange.
HEXA- Milk
HEXB - Shredded Wheat & Fish
Syns - Cheese Sauce 3 syns, sugar in tea - 3, Creme Egg 8 = 14 syns
Exercise - 45 minutes walking
Syns used 14/105
