When I googled LT way back in the beginning, I found one of your posts, and it was your loses that inspired me to start this LT journey, and this morning I weighed 4 and a half stone lighter than my starting weight. Thanks a million hun!

Daisy, 8 stone lost: wow and double wow! That is just amazing. It is the success stories of people like you that fire me on when I feel like doing something silly (like "oh I could stop my Lipotrim now, after all, I've lost quite a bit of weight already... oh I've done really well so far....). Then I read these fantastic posts and sit up and stay focussed. Nothing beats staying on till you get to goal! Well done Dasiy.
