How's everyone feeling today? I weighed myself this morning and am 4lbs down from what I was on Saturday so I'm happy with that.
I'm still travelling for work this week but have managed to make sure I drink 3-4 litres of water every day. I'm having either a shake or porridge for breakfast and am so busy at work when I get there, before I know it, it's 3.45pm and time to come home again!
I've found that taking a chicken breast and eating it in my way home (rather than at lunch time) is a lot easier as it fills me up enough that I don't feel the need to eat everything in my house when I get home! Instead, I'm having a soak in the bath and then a shake around 7.30/8pm.
It's not ideal as I'm meant to be on 4 shakes a day, but I'm not feeling hungry or weak and once this week is out of the way, I'm back to my normal hours closer to home!
I was supposed to have my WI this week but can't go due to working away so am going to rearrange for next week. Hopefully get another 7lbs off atleast and finally be in the 13's for the first time in years.
The only 'down side' to this is all my clothes are too big but I don't see the point in buying new ones because I'm only going to need more in a couple of weeks! I've bought smaller work trousers but all my tops are tucked in as tight as possible!
