SW Challenge 8 week Easter Countdown

Great week for me. I have lost 2lb this week which takes me to 3 stone lost. Then GPstopped my beta blockers after a month of trialling being off them. My blood pressure is now perfect.

2.25 off for me this week. Not only did I hit my first stone off but I entered a new stone bracket, only just but I will take it. I'm also s half stone lighter than I was a year ago.

Yet again, another STS (sounding like a disease now) for me. I don't know why I am not losing any more. Does that mean that my body is telling me I have reached my target. I really want to lose that 1.5 lbs so I will be happy that I have reached the target I have set for myself.

Would you consider coming off plan for a day or two? Not go totally bonkers but eat some extra things.it may kick start your losses again. If that doesn't work then maybe you have met your physical target.

I have been considering that as I used to do it in early days of being on the plan. You are right, I need to come off the plan for the weekend and see what happens.

Last week, I took a couple of days off plan to see if I could shift the weight. Then stuck to plan and avoided junk food and ate proper meals with portion control for rest of the week. Stepping on the scales this morning, I am up 3lbs. I really do not know why this is happening and it is very frustrating.
Just now I have decided to go back to basics and be really strict with myself but ensure to have 3 proper meals a day - as I used to. Lets hope, I can report a loss next week.

I hope your new plan Ravenous will shift you last last few pounds. It must be frustrating for you. But you have done so well and your an inspiration to me.
