810 allowed foods

Does anyone know if we can use Knorr chicken stock cubes on 810? I like to use stock to flavour the otherwise bland quorn pieces, and have run out of my veg bullion powder. I wondered if these are ok?
Also can we have green beans? it dosen't mention them in the book but it is a green vegetable so can't be too harmful!

i am not sure as sadly not on 810 yet but i think Knorr chicken stock would have a lot of salt in them ?
but others will be able help i haven;t got any in at the moment so can not see the nutritional information - x

I know some people use the soups as a stock, also there is the cambridge vegetable drink.
