    Thinking about moving to 810 tomorrow after see cdc. Have been ss for last 4 weeks and lost over a stone (not counting my weigh in tomorrow) but need to go for keyhole surgery in next 2-3 months. I am waiting for appt coming through. Want to be off Cambridge and healthy eating for then. Can't deciede wether to ss for another 3-4 weeks or move to 810 now. Have been looking for link with details of 810 now with prawns / eggs etc but can't find it. Can someone point me in right direction.

    heres the list of protein foods for 810

    Choose one portion of protein-rich food from the list below:
    • 250g plain cottage cheese (5% fat)

    • 325g reduced fat cottage cheese (less than 2% fat)
    • 175g chicken breast without skin/fat
    • 275g white fish fillet, eg cod, haddock
    • 260g canned tuna* in water (drained)
    • 190g fresh tuna steak*
    • 275g quorn pieces/mince (V)
    • 250g prawns
    • 2 large eggs (V)
    • 210g regular or 400g of fi rm tofu (V)

    along with 3 tablespoons of salad/veg
    340 ml of skimmed milk
    your 3 CD packs

    Thanks, have been today to cdc and have new books so will be having my first food today.
