9 week plank, squat, crunches challenge

Day 13/65


130 squats (my bum us becoming solid!)
10 press up
10 tricep dips
6x10 regular crunch
6x10 twist crunch
6x10 bicycle crunch
Plank 1:14 (still don't like doing this one!)

I was at the gym today doing squats, pressups planks and loads of other stuff. I have no idea how many of each I did, as it was a circuit class.
However my eyelashes were sweating from all the hard work !!
 
Going back to day 5 cos I had a bit of a break exercise wise

70 Squats
Plank 42 sec
3 x10 crunch & 3 x 10 twist crunch

Boy it was tough today xx
 
Wow, progress progress :) I've been mostly feeling a bit pants, my body felt like it'd given up, but lots of stretching out & Pilates type exercises & no spin/squats/run/cycling and I seem to have it back :)

Back to the grind tomorrow ;)
 
Day 6

75 Squats

Plank 41 sec
3 x 10 bicycle crunch
 
Day 7

80 Squats

Plank 51 sec
2 x 10 bicycle crunches
2 x 10 crunches
2 x 10 twist crunches

I am going to own up & say, I'm not going to complete this! I only remember on workout days, today was a swim so totally forgot about the abs....oops!!
 
Day 8 rest day so Zumba instead
 
Day 9

90 squats
plank 54 seconds
2 x 10 crunches
2 x 10 bicycle crunches
2 x 10 twist crunches

Yes TH I definitely am feeling it. Similar to being kicked up the backside by a donkey x
