9 week plank, squat, crunches challenge

Day 4

Plank - 41 secs (a dis-provement of 3 seconds!)
Crunches - 20 regular; 20 hill reach; 20 vertical
Squats - 60 - left it out of my weights segment as my hip is giving me a bit of bother so just did regular squats, thinking I may well start the squat challenge as having the weights on my shoulders isn't working....

Good job mrs :) not every plank is going to get longer! X

Day 6/65 yesterday. Forgot to post!

75 squats
3x10 reg crunch 3x10 bicycle crunch
Plank 50 seconds


Day 7/65 today

80 squats
3x10 regular crunch
3x10 twist crunch
Plank 36 seconds (oops, I caved in!)

Found this and thought it was quite funny!

Lol who's been taking pictures of me :D

Head was agony last night and still feels muggy today - I've decided I'm not going to do the regular crunches for now, I'll just do the bicycle and let that pull/tone my stomach.

Plank 51 seconds - definitely feel my lower back muscles getting stronger.

Squats - 70

3 x 10 normal . 3 x 10 twist crunch

Crunches - 30 regular; 30 hill reach; 30 vertical

Think I'll do another day tomorrow & rest up the abs Monday (phew)!

I'm giving this a miss for today while my head is still bad, hope to be back planking away tomorrow.

Thought I'd done my challenge today, but no!! So did it just now!

Day 6:

Plank: 49 sec
Crunches: 30 regular; 30 hill reach; 30 vertical

Well done chick! My legs deffo feeling stronger as result if squats. Danced on tables and chairs all night last night and had no problems keeping up :)

No squats (rest day on calendar, thank goodness!)

I can really feel a difference now in my legs. Still hate the plank! X
