It started in November 2006,me and my children were travelling back from seeing my mum in hospital,i witnessed car accident,i stopped too help as any descent person would,i pulled off road away from the accident and called for the emergency services. As i was on the phone a car driving hit us from behind,we were catapulted into a 10ft ditch, the car landed upside down! My daughter was badly hurt and nearly died but she is ok now thankgod.Too put along story short,i have been suffering with PTSD and depression, thats why i have gained weight. Depression is a weight gainer for sure,i didnt even go out of my house,no exercise no healthy eating. Sorry if i have bored you, just thought i would let you all know a little about me x

Thanks for sharing your story, we all have our triggers for the weight gain and its good that you have acknowledged why and making positive steps to correct it.
