A few spaghetti bolgonese questions

I'm gonna cook some spaghetti bolognese in a bit but just wanted to check a few things with you guys first.

I don't have any scales and I'm not sure of the points of wholewheat spaghetti pasta so could someone A) how much I need for just one serving and how much is that approx of your standard spaghetti packet (hard I know but its hard to guess weights without scales!)

B) How many points is in wholewheat pasta?

C) How many points is in a medium portion of frozen mince (tis hard to do frozen mince in tablespoons when it's all stuck together!

A few random questions I know but I need some help ;)
 
Does it say on the packet what cals/sat fat it has per 100g?
 
pasta is the same for normal and wholewheat 1 point per 20g (dry weight), this is the same for rice too.

I normally have 250g of mince which is the small packet from the supermarket and this serves 2, I count it as 4.5pts for the half of it.

Thank you Shazza, I just did a guesstimate and then cut it back last night just so I wouldn't mental on points.
