A Fishy Week

Hi all :)

I read on here that someone lost an incredible 8 pound in one week. Going to give it a go for a week and see how I get on, after all the motto is....
IF IT SWIMS, IT SLIMS :giggle:

So tomorrow i'm going to have:-

Breakfast - Mullerlight, summer fruits and alpen light
mid morning - Apple and banana
Lunch - Quorn sausages or something like that with salad
Afternoon - Grapes and alpen light
Dinner - Cod with onions, chilli flakes and garlic cooked in tin foil in the oven, new potatoes, green beans and carrots

Anyone else want to give the fishy week a go?

So my Fishy week has begun, breakfast done and dusted... just about to have my mid morning snack an apple and a banana x
 
Thursday October 24th - EE

Breakfast - Mullerlight yogurt, summer fruits and alpen light

Mid Morning - Apple and banana

Lunch - smoked peppered mackerel which is 1 syn on ee per 28g and salad, mullerlight jelly mousse for dessert

Afternoon - apple

Dinner - Salmon with peppers cooked in a foil parcel, savoury rice, tomatoes

Supper - Alpen light and pink and white


 
Friday October 25th - EE

Breakfast - mullerlight yogurt, summer fruits and 2 alpen lights

mid morning - apple and banana

Lunch - smoked peppered mackerel & egg salad, followed by mullerlight and jelly mousse

Afternoon: pear and a pink and white

Dinner: speedy prawn curry with rice
 
Loved my fishy week, i'll admit I had 3 days off as it was my daughters birthday (we all know we are allowed time off for special occasions) :p anyway on weigh in I lost 4 pound, so here's to another great fishy week x
 
Tuesday 29th October - EE

Breakfast - Fruit Salad - strawberries, grapes, blueberries and pear - weight watchers yogurt with 2 Alpen Lights

Lunch - Prawn & crab stick salad

Dinner - Smocked Haddock Kedgeree (HeA allowance 250 skimmed milk in Kedgeree)

Syn - A small father christmas lolly (4 syns)
 
Wednesday 30th October - EE

Breakfast - As above

Lunch - tuna and jacket potato with salad

mid afternoon - apple and banana

Dinner - fish pie, carrots and green beans, followed by strawberries and greek yoghurt

Syns - unsure will update later
