Maybe it thought you were such a good chef you deserved a Michelin star! I love that pizza topped chicken recipe. I think I may make it tomorrow.

Feel extra tired this morning, don't know why!

B - banana, satsuma

L - piece of chicken, mini quiche and tortilla

D - chili con carnie with rice

Snacks - satsuma, grapes, strawberry, pear.

Let the day begin! WI tomorrow, I'm still secretly hoping for a 6 loss to get my first stone award but I'll be happy with 4 which may be more realistic for my second week
 
Morning Emmey....although it feels like the middle of the night I'm so tired........I thought the michelin mistake was something really fancy that I would have been far too embarrassed to ask about lol :) Looks like your menu is all sorted for the day and why shouldn't you get your stone sticker after 2 weeks? Aim for the stars I say. xx

Your right! I'm aiming for that 6lbs loss for tomorrow, haven't checked my scales at home yet as I know I'll be on and off as soon as I start checking mid week so tomorrow will tell!
 
So I've had a bit of a wobble!

I've just finished putting my weekly good into my diary thing for my consultant tomorrow and realised I hardly touched my A's and B's HEX's most of the week
And didn't eat nearly enough super free food thurs Friday and Sunday!! Stayed well below my syns all week though but now I'm worried! Should I be? It wasn't until I wrote it all down in the form the has 'free' 'super free' sections that I realised.. Really hope this doesn't effect me too much tomorrow, going to ram my face with fruit all day!!


Having said all that I wonder if it's because I've done my diary different this week, last week with my meals I wrote down all the ingredients, like for a bolognese I had:
Free food:
Extra lean mince
Rice
super free:
Mushrooms
Tomatoes
Onion

Etc! Where as this week I just wrote:
Free food:
Spaghetti Bolognese...

Yeah maybe that's all.... Panic over? Lol
 
Trying some hot chocolates out this week, liking the syn value of the options drinks. Especially as I don't drink tea or coffee or have much cereal so milk is my HEXa, couldn't help pick up some HORLIX!! Haven't had this since I was a child! Can't wait to have a mug tonight! Hope it's as good as I remember!

Going to pick up some of the Hi bars at WI tomorrow, two for my HEXb, anyone tried and liked? Perfect for breakfast on the run which is all breakfast ever is for me!

I've had the hifi bars fr WI but I much prefer the alpen lights! U can have 2 x Allen lights for a hex b and most the hifi bars are only 1 for hex...plus they r expensive...but I do like the ones I've tried!! :-/ it's a tough decision!!

For hex a's I like baby bell lights, or laughing cows. I do have milk a lot in coffee tho.

For hex b's I've only just descovered ryvita minis!! They are yum! :) x

Hi emmey! I love options, the indugence ones are gorgeous, 3 syns a mug. If you get the jars rather than the sachets make sure you weigh out you portion on some digital scales. If you use the heaped teaspoons like the pack suggests I found I was putting double what I should have been in my mug!

I've tried the new hifi bars. The cranberry & yogurt ones are yummy, the chocolate & caramel ones are ok but I prefer the bigger deluxe ones. Remember that it's the new smaller ones that you can have 2 for a heb, the others all count as 1 for a heb.

I've just been naughty & wolfed down a load of shortbread. Don't think I've had more than 10 syns (I hope!). Really annoyed with myself cos I'd had a fantastic week up until today. Fingers crossed for wi tomorrow. X
 
Thanks guy! I'll pick up a few bars and also some Alpen ones as I've heard that one mentioned a lot, just need an easy alternative for breakfast, I dont get time to sit down and eat cereal!

Will also look at picking up some rivita minis, as I do like rivats! Oh I might for some rivita and cucumber tomorrow! Oh yum! Inspired! Thanks!

I brought some of the sachet indulgence just to try, hopping on the Horlix wagon tonight so I'll try one tomorrow, and good tip on weighing as my 'heaped spoon' often turns out into a bucket lol :)

Hi Emmey thanks for your support i have started a diary and if i was techy i would add a link in here its something about losing baby weight even though my son is 5 and it is really me rambling away to myself, but it is very theraputic lol.

Tried your pizza topped chicken last night - it was yummy even without the peppers (OH doesnt like peppers) - going for the sticky chicken tonight!

I used to love hifi bars my favourite was the mint ones. I used to have it in front of the telly with a cup of tea in the evenings for my chocolate fix and HEX b at the same time!
