Hey , so ive finally started extante today after preparing myself for the last month and im going to be writing on here every day to keep me strong and get the support from other people that i really need to keep me going . I feel differently to everyone else here as i have alot more weight to loose than everyone else but i do feel like i can do it . its not just a diet to me its a whole life change and this is to kick start it all off . im really excited and determind to do this no matter what i will keep stong and carry on as i cant cope being like this any more . i have to so this for myself before its to late . ive brought a new dress in a size 18 and this time next year i will be fitting into it . i had my first milkshake and bar today it wasnt to bad something i could get used to and i have to get used to . i cant wait to be a new healthy me i no its going to take alot of hard work but im sooo determind . sorry that im blabbering on but im writing this to myself just as much as im writing it to you just so i can remind myself what i have to do . im not going to be weighing in because i find it hard and loose motivation that i despratly need . my first goal is to get threw the first week and i no im going to do it .. sorry about my bad spelling aswell ill try and improve haha. im determinded to be a success story . I KNOW I CAN DO IT :)
 
Just one question may sound abit stupid but if we are trying to get into ketois with no carbs then why do the bars contain carbahydrates ?
 
its not just 'no carbs' its the amount of carbs, and the amount of carbs in the bars is very low x

Ok so ive got through day 2 now had a headache all day basscially but i just drank as much water as i could i managed to make the soup abit better think ill add even more water tommorow . Back at work today aswell which took my mind off things . Theres only going forward from now on yay i no i can do this

Ok so day 3 still 100 percent yay . I think ive mastered the soups there actually really nice now . I dont no weather im in ketois or not havent had a headache today either which is good . I found a good trick of cleaning you teeth after everymeal so you dont want to ruin your nice breath haha. Ive found it alot easier than i fought saying that tommorow will propberly be horrible haha. And i think ive figured out why im like this in the first place i cant tell the difference between when im really full and really hungry so im gunna work on that . Happy day :) x

Well done on day 3 :) Day 3 for me too. For me, i get full, but enjoy the food so much that i will stuff myself silly until i cant move. My appetite is disgusting when i go for it, and thats what needs to change. When food is taken away and im on a health plan like this im great. Give me food and il go overboard xx

Ok so day 4 done 100 percent i new yesterday was not gunna last today i feel really week and had a headache all day again . Im gunna test if im in ketois tomorow . Ive got stuff planned to do this weekend so hopefully i wont find it to hard gunna do some exercise on the skipping rope and hope i feel better tommorow . I no i can do this for the whole year :)
 
KerryAnn- how have you mastered the soups? I'd love to know as found the veg one so hard to drink!
 
I do find the veg one the worse but i just mix it with a hand wisk and lots of hot water and i drink it through a straw and that gets me through it x
 
I added more water too! Just chugged it back mind over matter and all that! :p
 
Day 5 done i did some exercise this morning i havent skipped in such a long time i did enjoy it tho so thats good . I think im just going to stick with the shakes and bars i tried to improve the soups but really there are disgusting . Shakes and bars will be soo much easier . Ive lasted 5 days i no i can do this for along time :) x

Have you tried microwaving the soups into a crisp? I mix the soup power with about 2 tbs water until a thick paste, spread thinly onto baking paper and icrowave for 2 mins or until crispy! Sooooo much easier and I found it a job to drink the soups without gagging! Also just had the carbonara for tea with plenty of crushed pepper corns and really liked it because it wasn't bland! I don't even like normal carbonara!

I might try that thankyou :) anything but drinking it makes me feel sick and every time i gag it puts me off it more and more x
 
Yeah I was the same- I think I can't believe people are saying they are nice! The texture and smell made me gag but the crisp version is so much easier to eat! Think I'm going to have bars, shakes, carbonaras from now on with the occasional soup crisp for variety! I'm trying the porridge tomorrow!
