Okay, so after months of pretending I was following the SW plan, and seeing my weight maintain, gain or lose. I have jumped firmly back on the bandwagon.

On Friday, I have 12 weeks until my christmas party, and a further 3 weeks until christmas. So full steam ahead with SW.

Monday - Red
Breakfast - 2 slices of toast with butter
Lunch - sardines, carrots, banana, apple
Dinner - lamb stir-fry with noodles
Snacks - penguin biscuit, mini roll
HEA - milk

Tuesday - red
Breakfast - 2 slices toast (HEB) with butter
Lunch - sardines, banana, apple
Dinner - lamb stew and mash potatoes (HEB)
Snacks - 3 digestive biscuits
HEA - milk
 
Yeah i think butter is 2 syns per level teaspoon. I'm too tight with my syns to spend them on butter, i normally have a cheese triangle on my toast or something in place of butter. You can do this hun, keep up the good work and you will get to target in no time xx

Thanks y'all. I love all the warm fuzzies on this site, it makes me wonder why at my lowest times I don't come here instead of the cupboard.
Yes the biscuits and butter are synned (I am not the best daily syn counter, but tally up over the week)

Wednesday (red)
Breakfast - 2 slices of toast with butter (HEB)
Lunch - chicken, banana, apple
Dinner - spag bol ( pasta - HEB)
Snacks - fat free yoghurt (free) fudge bar
 
I have joined the Christmas weigh-in thread. Weighed on Friday so it all matches up and have started my weeks syns again as of then as well (very OCD). I weighed 14.5
 
good luck, i too was kidding myself that I was following SW, but as of Tue I am totally on plan, and hope to lose around a stone and a half for christmas xxx
 
Rainbow, it's easy to trick yourself into thinking you are following the plan. I am very motivated to reach Club 10 by Christmas (20lbs) as that also puts me into "healthy" on the BMI scale.
We are aiming for about the same weight, so good luck to you as well.

Tuesday - Red
Breakfast - free yoghurt and fruit
Lunch - Ham sandwich (HEB)
Dinner - beef casserole, potatoes (HEB)and vegetables
Drinks - coffee with milk (HEA)

Wednesday - Red
Breakfast - Magic Porridge - oats (HEB) and free yoghurt
Lunch - Ham salad
Dinner - Lamb chops with potatoes (HEB) and free vegetables
Drinks - coffee with milk (HEA)
 
Thursday - Red
Breakfast - Porridge (HEB) and milk (HEA)
Lunch - ham salad, yoghurt and banana
Dinner - fish and vegetables
Snacks - 4 finger kit kat (11.5 syns), 2 x vodka and diet coke (5 syns)
Drinks - coffee and milk (HEA)

First weigh for the christmas countdown in tomorrow
