I had a section 3 years ago, now while starting to crunches etc I can't feel them moving, kinda! Also I don't feel sore the next day, where as before 10 would have crippled me. It feels like they are too loose or something, if that makes sense?
I'm def doing them right, so is this normal after a section? will they ever tone up?
