I have decided to start a diary, to help motivate myself! Tomoro is day one, and this is what Im planning on eating for the day!
B: 2 Jimmys sausages 0.6g and 2 eggs scrambled
L: 2 fat mushrooms 2.5g stuffed with 100g of Boursin 3.5g and wrapped in proscuitto ham. Cup of cucumbers 1.5g (i think!) with Hellmans mayo 1.5g (sugar in it, didnt realise!)
T: Homemade lamb burger 4g (not doin that recipe again
, once I have eaten the 4 I made!) with cauli 2g and brocolli 1.6g
I hate veg and salads, bleurghhhhhhh, so will have to see how I get on!
Not planning on any snacks as yet for work, as I think the lunch will keep me going!
Oh, loads of water too!
Will let you know how I feel at the end of the day. Giving this eating plan 100%!!!!!!!!!!!!
