Im just putting my menu for today down here, if Im posting in the wrong place, do let me know!
Yesterday your advise suggested that I need a few more veggies in my diet. Today I plan...
B- weetabix(HEB) with 1 banana and about 4 strawberries with S.Milk (Hea)
L- Frittata containing...tomato, onion, green pepper and peas. Chopped in are 4 lite L.cows for another HEA. Served with a green salad.
D- Veggie soup- pots, carrot, cauliflour
followed by Penne Arabiatta
Snack- WM bread (HEB)with poached egg (prob mid morning )
pear, banana and a FF yoghurt.
Syns- Glass of white wine, maybe a 2 finger kitkat seens as its Saturday ;)

Tomorro we are having a BBQ so will switch to a red day. :D:D:D
