Advice please

    Diet:
    now just trying to eat sensibly
    I am thinking about starting WW online tomorrow, can anybody give me advice about it, is it more than just posting your weight each week? I have tried WW meetings many years ago and did enjoy the weekly talks to motivate me for the next week. How are you kept motivated online? Any advice will help.

    a lot of us dont actually do WW online, we just follow it ourselves here. The support here is incredible and just like being at a meeting, just cheaper :) xx

    Honestly? I wouldnt waste your money. The online membership isnt worth it. You get much better support on here. You can post a food diary in the food diary section. I paid for it for a while and hardly used it

    Thanks for the advice. I think I will look out my old WW books and try doing it myself ( with the help of others in this forum ) Will weigh myself tomorrow and start a food diary. Thanks again.
