Advice to stay on track for a night out?

Going out tonight for a friend's birthday. Firstly going for an indian then off out to the bars! Any one have any tips to stay on track? Whats lowest syn wise to eat and drink? Thanks in advance! :)
 
Go for tomato based sauces, rather than creamy, dishes like jalfrezi and rogan josh are not too high (around 6-8 syns I think). Plain boiled rice is free. Avoid naan bread - very high in syns! Drinks - I try and stick to spirits with diet mixers when I'm out - 25ml vodka is 2.5 syns and 35ml is 4 for example. Enjoy :)
