You dont seem to be eating very much Hun?!
 
Thursday - WI day!! EE day
breakfast - 2 weetabix with skimmed milk and chopped banana. Apple and cup of tea (hex b and half hex a)
lunch - wholemeal carbonana pasta n sauce with extra bacon -
1.5syns, yoghurt
dinner - SW bacon and ham quiche and baby new potatoes
evening treat - choc mousse 3.5syns and options 2 syns
 
1lb off - that'll do me nicely :)

friday - EE
Breakfast - magic porridge and banana, cup of tea - hex b
lunch - jacket potatoe with tuna and mayo - 2syns
dinner - cheesy meatballs with passata and pasta - hex a
evening treat - options - 2syns and merangue with fruit and yog -3.5syns
 
ive had a ***** 3 days, its been very emotional and busy so i have turned to takeaways and biscuits. Back on track today and fingers crossed i havent done too much damage.

Monday - EE
breakfast - weetabix with skimmed milk, apple - half hea and all heb
lunch - tomatoe pasta n sauce
dinner - cheesy meatballs in passata with pasta
evening treat - chocolate mousse - 3.5syns
snacks - fruit/yogs
 
Tues plan - red
breakfast - bacon, eggs and 1 sausage - 1 syn
lunch - wholemeal roll with ham and cheese, apple, yoghurt - hex a and b
dinner - beef stew, hex b from potatoes, 1 peice of WW danish - 2 syns, 1 for margerine
evening treat - merangue, fruit, yoghurt - 2.5syn

total syns - 6.5

Wednesdays plan...im working 12-8 so its a bit tricky but ill try my best to be good! its an EE day

breakfast - 2 weetabix, skimmed milk and banana
early lunch - jacket potato with cottage cheese, yoghurt
break at work - chicken noodle mugshot, apple
dinner about 9pm - left over beef stew and choc mousse 3.5syns
 
ok everythings gone to pot lately with working funny hours and aving lots of taster sessions at work.

Friday - EE
breakfast - chopped banana, red grapes, green grapes and strawbs topped with shape yoghurt
lunch- eggs, bacon, 3 sausages (3syn), beans
will pick at a left over chicken in the afternoon (work at 5-9.30)
late dinner - egg mayo wholemeal roll (hex b) 2 syns for mayo
 
saturday - ee
breakfast - bacon butty - hex b and 1 syn for margerine
lunch - pasta n sauce - 1.5syn
dinner - chicken breast stuffed with LC and wrapped in bacon, baby new pots and peas
 
sundays plan
EE
breakfast - fruit and shape yog
lunch - egg and bacon butty on WW danish(hex b) - 1 syn for marg
dinner - beef stew with 1 peice of WW danish
snack - LC cheese triangles wrapped in ham (hex a)
desert - SW choc cake with squirty cream - 3.5 syns
evening treat - merangue, fruit and yog - 2.5syns

total - 7 syns

Mondays plan - RED

snack/lunch at work - mugshot and banana
afternoon snack - hard boiled eggs, ham with lc triangles
dinner - 2 cod in butter sauce (3syns), 198g new potatoes (hex b)
evening treat - options hot chocolate (2syns), merangue (2.5syns)
 
note to self to try this recipe...

1 Tin Mushy Peas
1 Tin Chopped tomatoes
1 Fried Onion (in frylight)
Medium Curry Powder (as much as you want to taste
She put quorn pieces in one & quorn sausages in the other, it was divine, she said all you do is chuck it all in a pan & cook it up.
 
Tuesdays plan - red
breakfast - porridge with banana - hex b
11 am break at work - wholemeal roll (6syns), ham, and lc trinagle, banana, apple.
late afternoon - pick on ham and yoghurts
dinner - thick cut ham from the deli at waitrose with eggs and sw chips (hex b)
 
wednesday...this could be tough, going into manchester to have dinner then out to watch michael mcintyre.

Extra Easy day
Breakfast - pile of fruit and shape yohurt, cup of tea.
lunch - eggs, bacon, beans, toast (hex b), 2 sausages (2syns)
dinner (out, wetherspoons) - jacket potatoe with beans and cheese (hex a)
2 glasses of wine (how many syns is white wine?!)
 
okay going to change wed completely and have a green day

breakfast - mixed fruits
lunch - jacket potatoe with beans and cheese (hex a)
dinner (before the show) - cheese and leek pasta n sauce (2syn?)
snack when i get in - weetabix (hex b)
also got a hexb left so might have 2 alpen light bars
 
well my good intentions went to pot last night!! weigh in day today and ive probably ruined my chance of a loss, but hey ho it was a one off night out with dp that we dont do very often.

Thursday - its weigh in day!
im going to go extra easy!

dinner (after weigh in ) - chicken breast topped with bacon and some cheese (hex a plus 2 syns), baby new potatoes and peas
 
1.5lb gain this week. oh dear, oh dear!!

have bouht a slow cooker and some sw recipe books so hopefully i can try lots of new things now.

friday - ee
breakast - 1 weetabix with splash of skimmed milk and banana, 1 alpen light (hex b)
lunch - jacket pot with beans
dinner - spagheti bolognaise - 1 syn for tom puree and parmasan (hex a)
 
saturday - ee
breakfast - 2 alpen lights, banana - hex b
snack - 4 lc extra light triangles with ham - most of hex a
lunch - baby new pots with chopped bacon and marg and pasley - 2syns
dinner - chicken korma and boiled rice - 16.5syns

total syns for the day - 18.5
total left for the week - 81.5
