Sunday - EE
breakfast -beans on 2 slices of wholemel nimble - hex b + ss
snack - some left over chicken, banana -
lunch - jaacket spud and cottage cheese
dinner - chicken breast cooked with water, garlic, herbs and a stock cube in the slow cooker, broccoli, peas, carrots, baby new potatoes and 1 syn worth of gravy
 
Mondays plan - EE
breakfast - 2 weetabix with banana, yoghurt
lunch - left over chicken, potatoes and peas
dinner - steamed cod with mushy peas and sw chips or a jacket spud
 
Im such a pleb. The hangover got the better of me last night and i had half a dominos thin crust ham pizza :( Why cant i do a whole bloody week? So thats all my syns gone till thursday. Todays menu still the same as planned.
 
Tuesdays plan - Green
Breakfast - 2 alpen light, apple and yoghurt - hex b
lunch - jacket potato with beans
dinner - cheese and leek pasta n sauce with 42g reduced fat cheeder - hex a
evening snack - 4 ryvita with 4 lc triangles - hex b and a
 
just wanted to note 0 syns today. just got very peckish and was having naughty thoughts. So i had a second dinner lol! But who cares, it was free! egg, bacon and beans, yum! and kept me from reaching for biscuits or ordering a dominos!
 
Weds plan - RED
breakfast - fruit and yoghurt
lunch - bacon and egg sandwhich (hex b)
dinner - Chicken breast wrapped in bacon, stuffed with 2 lc triangles and garlic, Potato as hex b
 
wed plan changed to EE
breakfast - toast with 2 lc triangles and ham - heb and 2 syn
lunch - either eggs, bacon and beans or jp and beans
dinner - chicken breast wrapped in bacon and cheese (hea) with baby new pots
 
thursday - weigh in day, eek!
Extra easy day
Breakfast - Egg and bacon sand which - heb
lunch - tin of spaghetti, yoghurt
dinner - mushy pea curry with rice and chips
will have a treat after WI but not sure what yet, probs a choc bar
 
Got called into work last night so i couldnt make WI but judging from my scales it was a maintain. No events planned this week so theres no reason why i cant have a good week. Plan is to have around 70 syns this week and 2 litres of water a day. And also re-start my 30 min jogs where i can and start walking again weather permiting.

Friday - EE day
Breakfast - banana and a muller light, coffee
lunch - 2 ryvita with lc triangles (hex b and some of a), a packet of tesco tikka chicken, boiled eggs, ham
Dinner - mushy pea chicken curry with sw chips
Evening treat - fun size toffee crisp (4.5) and a hot choc(2)

Total syns - 6.5
syns left - 73.5
 
Went to another group yesterday to get weighed and ive lost 2lb and got my 1.5stone sticker. Was good for the day then can pretty much write the evening off! Dp treated me to a meal, and boy did we eat!

Sundays plan- EE

Breakfast - Bacon+ 2 nimble heb + 2 syns for margerine)
lunch - JP with cottage cheese
Dinner - Cheese ham and leek pasta n sauce - 1.5
Evening - mini toffee crisp - 4.5syn and hto choc 1.5syns

total - 9.5 syns
drink 2 litres of water
40 min jog
lots of walking!

Btw if anybody reads this then do feel free to comment, everybody else's diary seems to have lots of input and i feel a bit of a billy no mates! he he
 
Going to do a 30 min jog tonight hopefully, will report back on that in the morning!

lunch - left over syn free spag bol with spaghetti (heb) and cheese (hex a)
dinner - Diet coke chicken with JP or SW chips (heb)
Evening - mini toffee crisp 4.5syns

total = 7.5syns
 
didnt have my toffee crisp last night so only had 3 syns, but then again i didnt do my 30 min jog either! all going well today.

Weds plan - RED
Breakfast - fruit and eggs and bacon
lunch - chicken and bacon sandwhich with mayo (heb)+2syns
dinner - rest of spag syn free spag bol and cheese - heb and a
Evening - hot choc and toffee crisp - 6 syns
 
Had a nightmare night on wed where my poorly daughter was literally up all night, i was bathing her at 3am! So yesterday i was soo tired and bog eyed i ended up having a pizza for tea. I will class it as my WI day treat even though i couldnt go to class for WI as i was a complete zombie. I dont feel to bad, id make my self ill if i put too much pressure on myself when im run down. Back on plan as usual today.

Friday - EE
breakfast - 2 weetabix with banana
lunch - leek and potato soup
dinner - chopped up chicken and crispy bacon, home made roasties with gravy - 4 syns.

2 x jaffa cake - 4syns

total -8 syns
